Every cake we make is handcrafted from scratch with premium ingredients, care, and creativity - just for you. Please review our Terms of Use below. 1. Made to Order with Care
All of our cakes are made exclusively to order - we do not keep ready-made cakes on hand. This ensures every cake is fresh, personalized, and meets the highest quality standards. Because of this, we kindly ask that all orders be placed in advance.
2. Service Area
We are based in Trout Lake and White Salmon, Washington, and proudly serve the greater Columbia River Gorge region. Pickup is available in Trout Lake or White Salmon by appointment. Local delivery is available throughout the Columbia River Gorge area.
3. Payment & Security
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a trusted leader in online payments. Stripe uses industry-standard encryption and safeguards to ensure your payment details remain protected. You can feel confident that your transaction is safe and secure. Full payment is required at the time of order.
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
• Within 24 hours of placing your order:
You may cancel for a full refund.
• For orders placed well in advance (5 or more business days before your scheduled pickup or delivery):
You may cancel up to 3 business days before the scheduled date for a full refund.
Once we begin preparing your order (which may happen several days in advance), cancellations and refunds are no longer possible due to the handcrafted nature of our products. We appreciate your understanding.
5. No Refunds or Exchanges
Because each NCake item is custom-made and perishable, all confirmed sales are final after the cancellation window closes. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order (such as an error on our part or a delivery concern), please contact us right away and we’ll do our best to resolve it promptly and fairly.
6. Allergen & Dietary Information
While we are happy to accommodate certain dietary requests (such as gluten-free or nut-free cakes), please note: Our kitchen handles common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, and nuts. Although we take great care in preparation, cross-contact is possible. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely free of allergens. If you have any allergies or dietary concerns, please inform us when placing your order and we will do our best to advise you.

Our website is designed to make ordering simple and secure - no registration or login is required. All content, images, designs, and branding on our website are the property of NCake and may not be used or reproduced without our written permission.
NCake is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages related to the use of our website or products. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the purchase amount of the specific order in question.
