Our signature cake, and a beloved classic from Ukrainian heritage. This gluten-free honey cake features eight thin layers of soft, honey based sponge — each one carefully rolled out by hand. Filled with a light cream based on sour cream and just the right touch of sweetness, it offers deep honey notes and a tender, balanced taste. Made entirely from scratch, this handmade dessert is a tribute to tradition, true flavor, and simple, honest ingredients.

Every NCake dessert is elegantly packaged in an individual cake box, tied with a satin ribbon - perfect for gifting or indulging yourself. Each cake is carefully wrapped to arrive as beautiful as it left our kitchen.
You can pick up your cake at a prearranged time in Trout Lake or White Salmon, or opt for delivery across the Columbia River Gorge. We offer both options to ensure receiving your cake is as convenient as possible.
Because we personally deliver all cakes without a dedicated delivery team, the delivery fee covers only fuel costs, not our time. Free delivery may be available based on your order total. Full details will be provided at checkout.
Carefully pick up and carry the cake box by supporting the bottom
Always keep the cake level during transportation, refrigeration, and display
Transport the cake in an air-conditioned vehicle
Store the cake box in the refrigerator
Take the cake out at least 1 hour before serving and serve at room temperature
Use a sturdy cake stand at least 1 inch larger than the cake board
Store leftover cake in the refrigerator in an airtight container
